Nurul Hasan, the skipper of Rangpur Riders says that it is a good wake-up call for them before the main games come and it may be a blessing in disguise. Tells that they will learn their lessons from this game and will comeback stronger.

Rangpur Riders would be disappointed with this effort. They were high in confidence coming into this game and did decently with the ball to give themselves a chance to win this game in the second half.  Rakibul Hasan was brilliant with the ball for them and Azmatullah Omarzai was also once again among wickets. However, they put on a disappointing performance with the bat. They had a clear plan to play aggressively and they kept going for it despite losing wickets early and that meant that they just could not get big partnerships to get close to this target. Gurbaz was the top-scorer with just 29 runs which sums up the batting performance of the Riders in this game. They need to go back to the drawing board and comeback stronger now.

Comilla Victorians posted a healthy total on the board with the bat with Litton Das being a top-scorer and Jaker Ali and Khushdil Shah playing handy cameos to take them over 175. However, it was the bowling unit that stealed the show as all of them bowled beautifully with Tanvir Islam showing all his skills in the Powerplay again. Comilla Victorians got four wickets in the Powerplay and Riders just could not recover from there as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals. The big guns, Narine, Russell and Mustafizur Rahman also chipped in with crucial wickets and got six wickets between them to seal a dominating win for their side. This is their 9th win in a row this season and they are looking in red-hot form going into the playoffs.

Comilla Victorians have stormed into the Qualifier 1! This was expected to be a close game between two quality teams but Comilla Victorians have completely outplayed Rangpur Riders here and have made a big statement with a thumping win. Rangpur Riders will need to take a tougher route now if they want to make it to the final and this game will surely be a big learning curve for them.

OUT! RUN OUT! So, it is another run out to end the game! Rakibul Hasan skips down the track and Mosaddek Hossain fires it on off. Hasan slaps it towards covers and sets off for a run. However, his partner Mahmud is not interested at all and sends him back. Rakibul Hasan tries to get back in his crease and puts in a dive to make his ground but Jaker Ali fires a good throw at the batter's end and Rizwan whips the bails off before Rakibul Hasan could find a way to get back in. Comilla Victorians win by 70 runs!
