Mohammad Rizwan, the skipper of Multan Sultans, says that the pitch was gripping a bit and says that Khushdil Shah bowled really well. Tells that they were eyeing somewhere around 150-160 and they were very happy with 174. Mentions that whatever they do first, whether it is bowling or batting, they have to do it well, and toss isn't that important.
Sarfaraz Ahmed, the skipper of Quetta Gladiators, says that when Iftikhar Ahmed got out it was a bit disappointing, but James Faulkner's run out was the turning point in the game. Mentions that the game was going well and they wanted to take the game till the end but did not have wickets in hand. Says that their bowling unit has been doing a good job but they need to work more on their fielding.
Shan Masood is the PLAYER OF THE MATCH. He says that he is in a pretty good mental space and the break that he took has certainly helped him. Tells that the pitch was a bit tough to bat on and it was important to keep wickets in hand. Mentions that David Willey bowled an outstanding over and credits him by saying that it was because of him that they won the game. Signs off by saying that he is very proud of his bowlers.
Stay tuned for the presentation...
Multan Sultans continue to be on the top of the table and remain unbeaten. They did start the innings well but lost momentum in the middle. Imran Tahir and Khushdil Shah were magnificent, they destroyed the Quetta Gladiators' batting line-up, and both the spinners ended with three wickets each. However, it was the spell of David Willey which helped Multan Sultans eventually get over the line. He gave away just 3 runs in the 18th over, which also included the big wicket of Iftikhar Ahmed and defended 8 runs in the last over. He ended with three wickets to his name as well.
A tough night for Quetta Gladiators, they fought till the very end but failed to get over the line. They lost an early wicket, but Sarfaraz Ahmed and Ben Duckett steadied the ship and took things under control. However, they could not hold on and once they perished, it went downhill as they lost wickets in a cluster. But, once again they were back in the game when Iftikhar Ahmed played a fiery knock of 30 off just 13 balls and gave Quetta Gladiators the hope to win. However, Sohail Tanvir and James Faulkner tried their best in the end but failed to cross the line. They fell short by just 6 runs in the end!
What an enthralling game! A nail-biter in the end! It could have gone either way after the wicket of Iftikhar Ahmed, but it's Mohammad Rizwan and his men who have come out on top! Three in three for Multan Sultans! They continue their sublime form in the tournament. Disappointment for Quetta Gladiators, but they gave it their all today.

OUT! CAUGHT! WOW! JUST WOW! What a finish to this game! An excellent catch from Tim David at deep square leg under pressure. Naseem Shah tried his best to get a big one but he fell short by only few inches! This was a short ball, around middle. Naseem Shah looks to pull hard but it goes off the top edge, high in the air towards deep square leg. Tim David there, settles under it and takes the catch. But he realizes that the momentum is taking over the ropes so he parries the ball back in play. He comes back inside the ropes and takes it with ease. The umpires send it upstairs to check whether it was a clean catch. The replays roll in and it confirms that Tim David had taken it cleanly. Multan Sultans are elated and they win by 6 runs!
Mohammad Hasnain is the last man in.

OUT! RUN OUT! Oh, dear! Absolute chaos in the middle and it is James Faulkner who has to walk back to the hut! A length ball, around off. Faulkner drags it towards deep mid-wicket and both the batters are in two minds whether to take the second or not. Both Tanvir and Faulkner are stranded at the halfway mark. Shan Masood hurls a throw towards the bowler from deep mid-wicket. Shahnawaz Dahani collects the ball and whips the bails off. It is Faulkner who is well short of his ground and he departs.
