That is all from  this game. India win the series but we still have two games to go. Join us back on the 6th of this month at 3.30 pm IST (10 am GMT) and earlier for the build up. Till then, cheers!
Harmanpreet Kaur says Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma played really well, the ball was keeping low after 10 overs and they didn't want to play any risky shots. On Smriti Mandhana, she is in great touch and she is happy for her. Reckons they are bowling really well, she is proud of all of them as they are executing the plans. Says Deepti Sharma is an experienced player and she always gives the breakthrough. Tells they'll sit and think if they'll change the line up. Appreciate the support from the staff members in the end.
Shafali Verma wins the Player of the Match award. She says her plan is to middle the ball and it worked out today. Mentions she is happy to open with Smriti Mandhana and reach new milestones of scoring 2000 runs together. Tells she likes the stroke over the covers the most.
Nigar Sultana says they lost momentum in the middle phase with the bat. Adds the team is doing well in last 6 months but they are having tough time however, they want to focus on the process. Shares their bowlers are doing well but as a batting unit they are struggling and that is concerning. Reckons India played well in the middle.
The Bangladeshi bowlers tried their best to take the game till the end. Bangladesh were 10-15 runs short and despite the beating early on from the openers, the spinners pulled things back and took a couple of wickets but didn't have the runs in the bucket. It comes up again on the batters. Bangladesh Women batters were below par in all three matches lately. Getting all out below 100 in the first match and then ending with a timid score in the next two just didn't help them to stay in the game. They'll hope for a better performance in the next two matches despite losing the series.
A comfortable win in the end for India and they seal the series. The openers did the job for them. Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma came all guns blazing as both dealt in boundaries and were in hurry to chase it down. Verma scored a fine fifty while Smriti Mandhana fell three short of her half ton. India did slow down in the later stage of the chase but the victory was always on the card.
