Pakistan vs Australia: During the Karachi Test, where thousands of spectators were noticed holding humorous banners, a fan asked for help from cricketers for the operation of his son. A man in the national dress, Qameez Shalwar, was highlighted with a banner in his hand mentioning Shahid Khan Afridi and Mohammad Rizwan for the help. The person also wrote his number so the cricketers could contact him.
Fan raise his voice for money for his son’s operation
During Day 5 of the second Test match, the fan’s banner chanted that, ‘For God Sake, Shahid Khan Afridi, Mohammad Rizwan, please help me in my son’s operation.’
Multiple websites are covering the banner so that it can go viral, targeting the cricketers, and the concerned person can be assisted. People have been sharing the picture on social media to reach the players in helping out the fan’s son’s operation.
As far as the Karachi Test is considered, the draw for Pakistan was almost equivalent to the victory. Babar Azam’s knock of 196 helped the men in green pulled them out of another defeat. They have retained the second position on the ICC World Test championship points table.
It must be noted that the first Test match, played at the Rawalpindi stadium was also drawn. The pitch got one negative point rated as ‘below average’ by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
