England Cricket Team has arrived in Pakistan for the historic Test tour, happening for the first time in the cricket-loving nation in 17 years. The two teams will engage in a three-match Test series, with the first test all set to be played between December 1st and 5th at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
With the stage being ready and steady and all the measures being taken to mark the history, the commentary panel for Pak vs Eng 1st Test has also been finalized. As revealed by a local journalist Qadir Khawaja, Waqar Younis, Bazid Khan, and Urooj Mumtaz will commentate, representing Pakistan. In contrast, Dawid Gower, Mike Atherton, and Nasser Hussain will be the panel’s part from England.

Earlier, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) revealed the match officials for the historic Pak vs Eng Test series. According to the board,
Andy Pycroft, a member of the ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees, will lead the playing control teams for the three ICC World Test Championship fixtures between Pakistan and England in December. Six umpires, three of whom are from the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires, will officiate the three Tests.
Joel Wilson, who is one of the 11 members of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires, will join Ahsan Raza as the on-field umpire for the opening Test. World Cup viral, Marais Erasmus will be the third umpire, and Asif Yaqoob will be the fourth umpire.
Erasmus and Aleem Dar, the other two umpires from the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires, will take on-field duties in Multan, with Wilson and Rashid Riaz performing third and fourth umpire duties.
The playing control team for the third Test in Karachi will be the same as the first Test, with Wilson and Raza returning as on-field umpires and Erasmus and Yaqoob taking up third and fourth umpire roles.
