New Zealand beat Bangladesh by 65 runs
Right! That's all from this game and the entire tour of Bangladesh to New Zealand. The hosts first thumped them 3-0 in the ODIs and now they have repeated the same in the T20Is. A clinical show from the Kiwis. The visitors have got a lot to ponder ahead of the T20 World Cup in India later this year. For now, we bid you goodbye from here. Thanks for your company. Cheers and take care!
Tim Southee, the New Zealand skipper, says it is very nice to finish on a good note, it has been a good summer and they have played good cricket throughout. Adds Tod Astle has been sitting out for a while but he has done brilliantly well in this game and his two overs just shows the hard work he has been putting in. Thanks the fans for their support and appreciates them to hang around here today. Ends by saying they will sit back and enjoy what has been a good summer and then look forward to the World Test Championship.
Liton Das, the Bangladeshi skipper chats now. Das says that they did not play good cricket. Especially batting and bowling. Tells that they have learned a lot from the tour. Says that it has been difficult for them in these bouncy tracks. Adds when they will return back next time, he hopes they will do better.
MAN OF THE SERIES, Glenn Phillips, says he is very comfortable with where his game is, he likes coming in the middle order now and he has enjoyed his bowling too and he is getting confident about it. States the team has been brilliant, they love playing with each other and the atmosphere is superb. Ends by saying he is enjoying his cricket.
Finn Allen is named Player of the Match. He says that batting with Guptill was really nice and it was good fun. Tells that he was really excited and adds Guptill kept him calm throughout the innings. Says he was just looking at it as another game of cricket and wanted to stick to basics. Mentions that the environment is really good in the dressing room. Wants to keep learning from the players in the team.
For the Kiwis, Astle impressed with a four-fer. Southee was excellent too with the new ball. It was a complete performance from the Kiwis! Another clinical performance from them.
Chasing a target in which they needed to go at 14 per over, Bangladesh just kept losing wickets. They had half the side back in the hut in no time and losing wickets while chasing such a big total just makes the task impossible and they fell well short.
A comfortable win for the hosts and they have inflicted the whitewash! To be honest, it was Allen's innings and the opening stand for New Zealand which took the game away from the visitors.

OUT! CAUGHT! That will do it. Tossed up and outside off, Nasum makes room and looks to go big over long off. Hits it off the toe end and it goes straight to Southee at mid off. He makes no mistake. New Zealand win by 65 runs and take the T20I series 3-0.

Tossed up and around middle and leg, Nasum looks to slog it on the leg side but misses to get hit on the pad.

Full and around middle, it is pushed just outside the ring at mid-wicket. They scamper back for two.
Glenn Phillips to bowl the final over. Can he strike and close the game?

Just a single on the last ball. Full and outside off, Nasum pushes it through mid off for a single. Excellent from the Kiwi skipper as finishes with excellent figures. 2-0-15-3 from him.
