Quetta Gladiators are gearing up for Pakistan Super League (PSL 9) with a significant change in leadership as Rilee Rossouw steps in to replace Sarfaraz Ahmed as the team’s captain. Franchise owner Nadeem Omar confirmed Sarfaraz’s decision to step down from the captaincy just a day before the tournament’s commencement.
Sarfaraz, who led the Gladiators to victory in 2019 and guided them to three finals, has been an integral part of the team’s journey. However, the Gladiators have shown their support for the new leadership under Rossouw’s captaincy.
